Alas, it appears that the numbers for this event will not be sufficient to make the organised visits feasible. However, I have some concern that the website email and communications systems are not functioning as it is claimed they should. Thus, I would be most grateful if all who have previously confirmed (whether by email or via the website questionnaire) that they wish to attend all or any part of the visit, would kindly send me a short email within tomorrow, 4th June, to reconfirm. Another concern is the likely repeat of the heatwave. Temperatures in Toulouse are likely to rise to the mid-30°s C by the middle of this month.
